Jaw dropping from the statistics alone!
They pack a powerful punch through the wall of aversion and apprehension regarding womens' willingness to negotiate for their needs and desires.

During the past couple of years I have been chanting the mantra, "It can't hurt to ask." Reading this book is helping me feel less intimidated, more comfortable and confident about negotiating in many areas of my life. I'm discovering my personal sense of self-esteem, satisfaction and empowerment are commensurate with my willingness and ability to speak up and negotiate. I feel very fortunate for my expanding awareness. I'm back in school to change careers with the intention of creating a stronger, more stable economic future for myself. I expect be a much better advocate on my own behalf when I look for work upon graduation.

Thank you Linda and Sara! I'm writing in to Oprah today to make a pitch for them to bring you on the show.
